The actors were great but the story line was stupid. I guess you had to be there...

The movie did more than enough to rope you in but fluttered at the end with a less than pleasing or sensible ending. Alot of chemistry between the two main characters. You wanted to root for them! Just an ubelievable dissappointing end.

The preview had me hooked that I would really be into this. I was not. I like the actors in it well enough, but only in other things. This movie should have done better character development on better characters. They were annoying and you find yourself rooting for any outcome but a good one for them. Their incessant whining just takes focus away from a story that had potential to be exciting and interesting if only it wasn’t being hard down by the two main characters. If you want a good example of a disaster film not taking itself too seriously, “it’s a disaster” is able to tell the story of the characters as people and the people trying to get by in the disaster in a comical way. This movie was just average for me. The preview was the best part. Everything else was just passing time until the next movie to watch.

Ponderous, slow and quiet are the best ways to describe this film. Certainly not for everyone.
