Find out which of the long list of suspects is the culprit - from the eccentric art dealer and a missing playboy to a crazy neighbor and Fletch’s Italian girlfriend. It’s pretty much junk. No ties to the chase films at all. Worthless and it’s easy to see why they would forgo the theatrical release
  • Loved this, Hamm is a smooth operator

This was an absolute blast and a hoot, this would’ve been one of my favorite theatrical experiences in a stacked year. I hope the sequel is green lit, I will make the effort to see it on the big screen!! The perfect vehicle for Jon Hamm.

Decent until the very end when they throw in a line about how Fletch should be ashamed of his white privilege. Ruining everything they touch.

The movie is a great update to the Fletch brand. I was glad to see that they did not eschew the present-day but embraced it into the story. The story itself is captivating. The acting, I knew of but had not seen Jon Hamm before, is understated and on-point. The rest of the cast, bravo to the casting agent. The subordinate officer and a neighbor are scene stealers in particular. For someone that lives in metro Boston the movie is like watching areas you walked past come alive with a rich plot line. I especially like how the movie did not just go bigger and flashier, but focused on its content. If one pays attention to some of the background dialog even, it is all just so well done, so much fun, so thoughtful. Check this movie out and have a great time!

I don’t know how anyone, who’s an original fan of the Fletch films, could call this okay.
  • Not worth it

I’m a fan of fletch. But when it all came down to the final part of the movie. Woman cop is the mastermind, guy cop is not as good as woman cop, and fletch is just a dude who apparently has privilege? Why hide a message? Why can’t men be intelligent? Idk That’s the message I got out of this. And as someone who is a woman, men need more credit, other than just playing the idiot.
