Description

From Bryan Fuller (Heroes) and Barry Sonnenfeld (Men In Black), this visually stunning and Emmy®- and Golden Globe®-nominated Pushing Daisies, an unprecedented blend of romance, crime procedure and high-concept fantasy. This forensic fairytale follows Ned (Emmy® and Golden Globe® nominee Lee Pace, The Good Shepherd), a young man with a very special gift. As a boy, Ned found that he could return the dead briefly back to life with just one touch. Now a pie maker, Ned puts his ability to good use, not only touching dead fruit and making it ripe with everlasting flavor, but working with a private investigator to crack murder cases by raising the dead to name their killers. But the tale gets complicated when Ned brings his childhood sweetheart, Chuck (Golden Globe® nominee Anna Friel, Goal!), back from the dead and keeps her alive. Life would be perfect for Ned and Chuck, except for one cruel twist: If he ever touches her again, she'll go back to being dead, this time for good.

This show is about a guy Ned who can bring people back to life, but if he brings them back to life, someone else dies. He can talk to them for one minute only or else someone will die. He uses his powers to help solve crimes. It’s really unique and it’s like a work of art, the imagination of the writers is amazing. It’s really thoughtful and interesting and it’s great for all ages!
  • The best show ever. EVER.

It's quirky and funny; sad, touching, and romantic. Dark but adorable. A love story murder mystery, occasionally musical, and always amazing. Visually striking, with very quick and spot-on timing. The whole cast is incredible. I will always be just a little bit in love with the Pie Man. I think you will be, too. In my weird little world, this is the pinnacle of television. None come close.
  • Great show. Technical issue.

There is something wrong with the sound. Dialogue, usually from the narrator, is missing. May not have even noticed if I didn't have captions on most of the time.

I miss this show terribly. It was very good. I don't know what ABC was thinking when they got rid of the show.

Everything from the writing to the actors and everything in between is amazing. I watched it from beginning to the very end, to bad it had to end. :(

This is seriously one of my all time favorite shows. It is so clever, vivid, hilarious, and emotional all at the same time. I hate the fact that the audience was "not large enough" to keep this show on ABC because it is so much better than most of the stuff on TV now, especially now that Lost has ended which leaves ABC with um...not much. If I were rich I would personally fund the show myself to bring it back. I am so sad it is over but it is still just as amazing. Please don't pass up the opportunity to watch it.
