Description

In Season 2 of The Pick-Up Artist, nine misfits will live together, learn together, and love together as they compete for the title of Master Pick-Up Artist. The men will learn the ins and outs of the Mystery Method — "how to open a set," "the number close," and "the kiss close" among others. Aided by his faithful wingman Matador and wingwoman Tara, Mystery will teach these average guys how to turn the women of their dreams into the women of their reality. But this seduction school isn't confined to the classroom. After each lesson, Mystery's awkward apprentices will put theory into practice, hitting bars, clubs, and coffee houses in an attempt to make a love connection. Via hidden cameras, Mystery is always watching to see who's got potential and who's got to go. Who will rise to the occasion? Who will crack under the pressure? And who will become ... the next Pick-Up Artist?

For us guys who don't know how to approah women for a possible relationship, there are nuggets of gold in this series. What are you going to "pick up" as an "artist"... your best foot, only to put it forward? What I think that men should do is realize that sometimes it really is their approach which makes women utter snobs and that women acting like snobs should realize that, just as much as awkward men, they help perpetuate the cycle, thus making shows like this more appealing to people. A proper balance is needed. If there were a show out there without the very strong sexual overtones, I'd watch it. However, I'm friendly with tons of people, so I am not worrying about whether or not I'll find someone. I don't need this tv show. Not one bit.
  • Why can't I download my episode?

Why is Apple going the way of Microsoft? I have purchased several season passes for TV shows, but I can't download the episodes until days after they're posted on the iTunes Store... Exactly what I would expect from Bill Gates.

Mystery is the sauciest pick up artist in the league. Five minutes in the greer and he would pull more snipes than the 7's and tripod combined.
  • This show is worth 10 times the price, as long as you pay attention!!!

This is an awesome show. Don't listen to all the haters. Anyone who has not made up their mind about mystery and his methods needs to read "The Game". Everyone can learn from this show, its not just about picking up women, IT'S ABOUT PUTTING YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD!! If anyone relates to any of the guys on this show (their befores) , pick up "Rules of the Game" by Niel Strauss. And once you've learned all you can from from the show and the books about finding the girl, look into Doc Love to help you keep her. There, I just gave you all the real-deals, starting with this show. Now buy it and distance yourselves from your AFC pasts.
